Businiess name:  Great Wall Of China

Review content:
Rumor had it that Great Wall of China offered the very elusive and tasty Chinese Shrimp Toast appetizer - a treat rarely found anywhere in Middle Tennessee. We immediately came, we sat, we saw, we ordered, and we ate some of the tastiest, plumpest, juciest, shrimpiest toasts we had ever tried, all finished off with a generous coating of sesame seeds. We also tried the WonTon Soup, which had a very flavorful, slightly darker-than-usual broth that hinted of some pepper balls in the stock. Delicious. The Hot & Sour Soup was rich, dark in color with generous cubes of tofu, pork , bamboo shoots, mushrooms and all other necessary goodies. Also, one of the tastiest we had ever sampled, and we have sampled Hot & Sour soups in Chinatowns on both coasts. Lastly, it should be noted that these folks offer a traditional Peking Duck, complete with pancakes, scallions and Hoisen sauce that all Peking Duck aficionados require, so we'll check that out on our next visit. Super service, very attentive and friendly folks who will gladly do anything to make your meal a happy one, in a nice Take Out or sit down atmosphere. This one's a winner in my book!
