As the title states if you need roof work done then look no further than this company Superior. As you might imagine having your roof replaced is a major home project and as a homeowner you have some reluctance. Using Superior makes the whole process simple and easy and as I like to say painless. Mr. David McClendon arrived at our home to do the initial estimate and bid and he was outstanding. He answered all our questions, provided samples for all the materials and was so professional and courteous it really placed us at ease. Superior uses nothing but the top rated materials on the market today. Once the proposal was agreed upon by us, the work started immediately ? no delays. The installation was amazing, just over a day in November. With Shannon managing the job, Paul as the Foreman, Frank on the team the entire project went exactly to plan. The most important things about this were the job started on time, the entire Superior team is professional, courteous and quickly answers any questions or concerns, clean up was perfect and the job finished on time and on cost. No hidden or added fees. Another thing to mention, if you read other companies contracts any damage to interior areas or articles are not covered during the work process. As you can imagine with all the prying and banging during the tear-off and installation this could happen and we did have a crack develop in the sheet rock on one of the walls in our sun room. My wife told Mr. McClendon and he immediately had it professionally repaired and painted. You can not tell it ever was cracked. We were amazed at their responsiveness. The final closeout and payment was done with Mr. McClendon and again everything was preformed professionally and according to plan. After Mr. McClendon left, my wife and I were discussing just how satisfied we were with this work when the phone rang. It was Mr. Ron Herring the President of Superior calling to thank us for doing business with his company and stating how appreciative he was. When we hung up the phone we stood there in almost disbelief that the President of this company would take the time to call and thank us. This just does not happen anymore. We would have to say without any reservation that we believe that Superior is not only the best roofing company in the metro area/ state of Georgia, but maybe the #1 company in the state bar none. Thank you to the whole Superior team.
