I wanted a Trek bike and saw online that Babcock's was the local dealer. I liked the look of the shop, it was roomy, organized, neat and tidy. There were many varieties of WSD bikes. I received 1:1 attention for as long as I was there. All of my questions were answered to my satisfaction. I was treated respectfully and with patience. I received a coupon in my email to use towards future purchases. My old bike was used as a trade in. I was happy about all aspects of this shop. I highly recommend it!
