Review content:
If you want to live somewhere that management doesn't care about you or your life or needs from a home this is the place for you. The manager is so rude and the office is no better. They tell you how it is and if you don't like it MOVE! This is not good business practice in my opinion. There are pointless issues that they will be all over you for yet important things don't get taken care of. There has been an overgrowing rose bush by my front door and they say they will have the landscapers trim them down but they don't I have to do it myself to be able to get in my apt. Yet I can't even have a guest sit in the pool area with us even though they are not swimming and the pool is empty. As for the pool it is ok not the cleanest. They open it and close it as they want. When things happen they don't give you notice like one morning I woke up to the water being shut off to my surprise so I couldn't even shower before work. Payment has to be mailed or taken to a different office which they never told us at move in and it is an inconenience. Manager will do what she wants and tell you she has that right because she is the manager but you have to follow all the stupid rules. Like kids can only play in front of their own apts no where else yet her grandson can play wherever he wants and be as loud as they want. The only good thing is that its a small single level community.
