Businiess name:  Vincent's Pizza Park

Review content:
I was raised on NY pizza, and Vincents is NOT NY style, but it's wonderful and unique in all the world. IMPORTANT: you have to eat Vincent's pizzas AT Vincents, the take-out is not the same, they're cooked more and are drier to hold up in a box. Yes it's a dive, get over it. Vincent's pizzas are cooked in a hot steam oven which makes the crust bubble up to 2"" high and makes the crust crunchy on the outside and moist inside. There's ""juice"" on the bottom of the pan that's to die for. Break off some crust and dip it in the juice, a unique joy with a Vincent's pie. You can't pick up a vincent's slice, this one you eat with a fork. Pros: Vincent's Pizza! Cons: Atmosphere, Smokers
