This was my first experience with Kitchen Kaboodle and will be my last. I can only speak for the online department as I have never been inside a store.
I placed an order online on a Friday and never received an email or confirmation of shipment. I finally called on Tuesday and was informed that the order hadn't even been shipped yet!! I was completely disappointed and was told that they have had issues with online ordering not being shipped out in a timely manner and that they are only open 4 days a week, excuse, excuse , excuse. It sounds like they have some figuring out to do and meanwhile, I had to cancel my order and went straight to Amazon. My order was shipped within a day. Kitchen Kaboodle..good luck to you..
