Review content:
Hillebrand has a wonderful reputation on the westside and in my experience it is well deserved. From admission from the hospital through discharge back home - everyone was friendly, helpful, and took the time to show how much they cared about me and my family. I was told that many of the staff has worked there for over 10 years - in my opinion that speaks highly about how they treat their employees! The food was wonderful with a varied selection to choose from.- they even have an icecream parlor stocked all the time! The environment is decorated nicely and it is clean and comfortable. Therapists were excellent. It is the little gestures of kindness that stick with you when you are in pain and although the nurses and aides were busy; they were never too busy to offer gentle assistance and caring. I would recommend this facility to my family and friends - no nursing home is HOME; but Hillebrand certainly treats you like family.
Pros: nursing service, therapy, food, ambience, staff attitude- person centered care
Cons: parking limited for visitors
