If you've had to deal with their customer service/public relations department, you will know exactly how I feel; the staff are money hungry low-lifes. We had tickets through ticketmaster to see Jeff Dunham live at the grandstand. We paid top dollar to get floor seats, so we can be as close as possible. Buy were we wrong... Not only could we barely see Jeff Dunham, we were so far out, yet so close to the ""stage"", we could barely see the gigantic screen (b/c we were directly under it). I spent months and months calling back and forth with their head of public relations, for them to continually tell me, ""don't worry... we'll make sure it doesn't happen next time"" Wow, cuz that helps me a lot! they had every excuse in the book as to why their ""hands are tied""; can't comp any passes or god forbid just simply give us our money back. I'm still baffled as to how they can get away with being such A**holes! And I used to love going to the fair too... but I refuse to support spineless businesses.
