I went to EG taxes after seeing a commerical on Tv which said i could save atleast 100$ compared to the competition. I went in was given false information by the very confused tax prepare. My return instead of coming to me within the two days that I was told was return two weeks later. The staff at Eg was very rude even though it was their mistakes; then to add insult to the matter they offered me a coupon for next years reuturn. BAD SERVICE STAY AWAY and PASS THE WORD ON
