I wish I could give no stars, not one for the treatment I received from dunham's sports. . I will never shop at Dunhams again, and will bash them every chance I get. I am usually sad to see business go out of Ashtabula, and the already empty mall there, but when Dunhams goes (with that kind of customer service it is when, not if) When they go, it will bring a smile to my face. I used to shop there quite a bit, in Ashtabula it is either walmart or kmart or dunhams. I like to support local business, so I would choose dunhams. Not anymore. I will be submitting a letter to both this location and their main location about the crummy service I received, and believe you me everyone I know will know how dunhams treats their customers.
