It's now been 11 years and they are still harassing me - NEVER EVER NEVER use this company - I haven't had the car since January 1997 and they still are coming after me. THIS IS THE BIGGEST PIECE OF trash COMPANY I have ever seen. I've not lived in Ohio since 1997 and have had the same home and phone number for almost 7 years - they have never called me. THIS COMPANY IS TRASH TRASH TRASH- save yourself grief and don't use them.
Cons: RIP OFF TO THE EXTREME
