Review content:
Our mother died on Aug 31, 2009. She was buried next to our father who died in Aug 27, 1967. Our family purchaced a Mother/Father stone to honor both our parents. Cox funeral home didn't consult with our family before deciding to engrave our stone with what he thought we might like. He didn't even get our mother's date of birth correct. We contacted him & asked to have the stone removed & engrave the stone to the wishes of the family. One year later, the stone was finally removed. It took several months to get the stone back to the gravesite only to find that our father's name was misspelled. Another 10 months has gone by, more phone calls to Cox was made, family from out of state to visit this mother's day 2011. Guess what? No stone at all is on our parents grave. We couldn't even find the burial place. It has been nearly 2 years, my parents are in unmarked graves. Now I ask...""How would you feel if this were your parents?""
