Recently theres been a lot of hoopla about cracking down on dead beat landlords...200 hudson street is a good place to start the property is a dump... as well as the tennants 1 woman 10 cats 1 dog,,5 over the age sons 10 girlfriends 15 girlfriends friends 20 other kids sleep all day drink and other illegal thingsall night......call the cops nothing call the mayor nothing .......call the property owner {Rob salamida THE SPIEDE SAUCE KING} councilman....slumlord....nothing this is the first and last property ill buy in this town... trying to get rid of it is almost impossible....because of the condition of that property.they allow there mother to come out in the morning when they wake up and start all the mess she disappears 3:00 in the morning loud music where is she ? all the neighbors are afraid of them .......
