My husband and I found this place while driving through Lakewood Commons to see what was new. I am so glad we stopped! The pizza is divine - my husband, the purist, swears by their pepperoni. On several trips back, we've tried the pizza, pasta, salad - it's all fantastic! You have to try the garlic knots - the hubby can't seem to share when we go, but a hot dozen will make you contemplate a to-go box before your entree arrives. We can't say enough great things about Virgilio's. Virgilio comes out and talks with the customers when he's not preparing food behind the line. Jackie, our favorite server, is full of life and always good for a laugh. We highly recommend a drive to Lakewood for this restaurant. Even though it's small, it has a heart as big as Italy!
