Feathers of Heaven has been contacted by me on several occasions. The item they sent to me through UPS was damaged and a claim was filed. Feathers of Heaven has not refunded my money. Through numerous attempts, Feathers Of Heaven has not returned my calls. I am always told a ""manager"" will be in later and I will have them call you. This call never occurs. I have a claim number, the item has been returned, etc. To no avail. Stay away from this business. I will seek further restitution. Zero customer service.
