these guys are great! i've been there 3 times and they really do a great job. i forgot the names of the associates that take care of me, but everyone has been resourceful and courteous. the waiting room and the shop is always neat and organized, and they have a convenient shuttle service if you would rather wait at home. the webcam is quite innovative as well. I've been around alot of shops and DME has been #1 thus far! keep up the good work!
