Chef Peter is amazing-a true proffessional with an easy going manner and a true knowledge and appreciation of food and technique; He arrived at my home promptly at the scheduled time and had in tow everything that we needed for our lesson ""Concepts of the busy New Yorker"". He taught us how to cook restaurant quality meals at a fraction of the time without comproming the taste. Chef Peter made everything seem fun and exciting. We had a rather diverse and exquisite menu- we learned an unimaginable quantity in a very short amount of time - the right equipment to use, which ingredients are best for each dish, the different cooking methods available,etc. It was such incredible educational fun- even my husband joined and thoroughly enjoyed the lesson. We look forward to our next class!
