I have traveled all over the country ,and I have had personal trainers that have trained me for the last 8 years. This personal training facility far exceeded any other place I have ever trained at. For the last 8 years I have never accomplished my true fitness goals until I came here. I have lost 116 pounds in the last 9 months and I' am off my high bld pressure and cholesterol med's for good. These guys saved my life.
Pros: Private clean and upscale, custom diets are free
Cons: I had to purchase all new clothes that fit. hahaha
