Joe is one of the best trainers I've encountered. I've been with Joe since early 2008 and he has been awesome. Joe and I have transformed my body from 26% Body Fat to <10% Body Fat. I'm 49 years old and get compliments all the time from women saying I have the body of a 28 year old. But be prepared to work hard. Joe is not for the weak minded or undedicated. He has little tolerance for those unwilling to hit the gym hard. If you want a trainer to do what you think works, try LA Fitness. If you want a trainer to push you to make changes in your body, seek out Joe Kozma. I plan to continue with Joe for a long time. Of note, he did have some personal issues for a time, but he came back to work and honored all my sessions I had paid for and more. Since then he has been highly reliable and flexible in our schedule, even working with me on Saturdays and Sundays. Highly recommend you seek him out if you're ready to work hard to change your body.
