I don't normally do this but I feel the need to share my experience so that others do not make the same mistake. ZERODRAFT insulated our attic and did a good job. They installed a vent in the upstairs bathroom again no problems. They also installed three new windows in our house that needed to be replaced. This is where the problems began. FIrst we had to hound them to get them out to install the windows. When they got onsite with the windows, 90 percent of the latches on the windows were broke they literally fell off the windows. The screens they had were ripped and they had the wrong window for one of the 3 windows they were replacing. They did end up replacing the latches on all the windows and completed the install. A couple days later I noticed a huge draft coming in one of the windows ZERODRAFT of CNY replaced was never fully insulated/sealed around the window. They had to come out and reseal and re-insulate. When i got home last night (It was raining pretty heavily) and found a huge puddle on the floor in front of the big picture window they replaced with water streaming in from the top of the window. I tried to call and talk to someone at ZERODRAFT of CNY about the issue and no one would talk to me about the issue. I was sent to (managers?) voicemail. I specifically asked the lady answering the phone if there was someone there I could talk to about this problem and I was told and I quote ""NO YOU HAVE TO LEAVE A VOICEMAIL.."" So not only do I now have a leak from a poor installation but now I have to deal with poor customer service!!!!
NOTE THAT ZeroDraft of CNY is like a franchise (contractors) so there is no corporate customer service to call to report these issues to.
If you are considering ZeroDraft of CNY for any work I would definitely reconsider!!!
