I wouldn't take my dog to have its nails clipped at this place. This office was assigned by the Insurance company to be primary care physician and they refuse to give care to my 17 week pregnant wife. My wife called on 1/23/2112 because she wasn't feeling well and is 17 weeks pregnant. She was told they were full and she couldn't be seen. She was then referred to another office. I called this office back and asked for the office manager, but was told by Betty that she wasn't in and I could speak with her about my problem. I explained to Betty that my wife wasn't feeling well since Saturday and that she was pregnant Betty took my number and said she will call me back. Betty Called back at 1:38 in the afternoon stating that their policy was not to take any new patients today because they were over loaded. I said to Betty I couldn't believe she was denying my 17 week pregnant wife medical attention. So much for a medical office to take an oath to deny any patient. This might not be a reflection on the Doctor, but his front office is what makes or breaks the reputation of his office. My wife called her insurance company to lodge a complaint against them and change her primary care physician.
