TwinCreeks is a wonderful surprise. The Silverton is not a well known hotel/casino in Las Vegas and well off the strip. I was very pleasantly surprised when Twin Creeks opened, as I thought I could finally get a decent bottle of wine and good bourbone at the Silverton, where my company puts me up. I was even more surprised when I ate dinner there for the first time. The staff is attentive and friendly, and the food is excecllent. Try their lobster bisque, as it is different from most bisques I have had and absolutely great. I have eaten there about four times now and never had something I didn't totally enjoy.
