Review content:
A lot has changed in a year and a half. The mani/pedi wasn't half bad but the technician was, well, in a word, mean. Really. She burned my foot with the water and when she 'apologized' it sort of felt like she was saying ""it's your own fault for putting your foot in the foot bath."" She was aggressive and harsh, never cracked a smile and made me feel like I was putting her out by showing up at the salon today. I asked for short and square cut for both my feet and hands - I got short and flat - no shape. The lotion massage was lackluster. The towels were steaming, I mean steaming, no attempt to waive any of the heat off. I did mention she'd already burned me once... I won't be back.
