After a recent visit to the salon for a consultation and coloring appointment, I phoned the salon to express my disappointment with the outcome. After spending over $100 you'd expect to have a truly professionally completed job. Although the owner offered to 'fix' the mistakes, I was not open to the idea.
I know that mistakes happen, but the stylist should have said something before I left the salon...and an experienced colorist should have notice the blotchy patches of color and offered either a reduction in price or to fix the issue.
It is a home place, but definitely over-priced based on salons in the area and the quality of service I received.
