Review content:
I have used Carpet Club for flooring in multiple homes. They have done carpeting and stone, and I also have worked with them on window treatments. Their service is unbelievable...I would definitely give them more than 5 stars.
I worked with Dennis, who is personable and delivers on time. He exemplifies what service should be. I had carpeting in both a great room and another room that I wanted taken out and replaced with chiseled edge travertine to match the quality of the upscale home. Dennis went to multiple places for the tiles and was able to match both the grouting and tiles perfectly.
Carpet Club is what Nordstrom used to be for service. You get follow-up calls on the weekend and the manager comes and looks over the job. For example, when the light was hitting what I thought was a carpet seam, I called Carpet Club to come out and look at it. Even though it turned out not to be the issue that I thought it was, they fixed it to my satisfaction.
In addition to using Carpet Club personally, I recommend them all of the time to people that I sell real estate to. Carpet Club's prices are competitive and worth every bit for the service that you get. Your home is your castle and they will help you make your home what you want it to be.
