I agree w/bnair57...I, too, was subjected to this company (today) as a result of using my home warranty (1st time ever). If you have a plumbing problem and this company is offered as one to repair it...ask for the 2nd vendor on their list. As a result of the plumber not doing his job completely - I now have carpet damage. They insist they are not responsible for 2nd hand damage. Also the repairman charged me more than the service free for my home warranty company. It is being investigated. REFUSE SERVICE FROM THIS CO!
