Review content:
Someone insured by these guys backup up and hit our car. They requested two estimates with photos. We got them and sent them...3 weeks later the customer service rep said they would settle on the phone for $1200 if we agreed they would cut the check right then. We said we wanted everything in writting and when we received the letter they wanted to only pay us $418. She told us that our car was only worth $418 ...and laughed at us on the phone. Now we are going to have to take more photos....We have already contacted the BBB and are ready to get a lawyer if after this last photo nothing is done in reagrds to paying for the damage. We are not the type to sit and not do anything about this.
