Review content:
On 11/21/07 a client of American Access ran into my car exiting a parking space & since then I've been fighting to get my car repaired!! They also told me that they haven't reached there client & my claim will be denied if he's not contacted. I'm not stupid as long as his insurance was valid when the accident occuredt I will be getting paid!! I 've submitting a claim & I'm calling the Better Business Buearu. I have submitted a police report and my claim form but my next step is my Lawyer. There client was in the wrong I want what is coming to me. I'm not going anywhere like I told them until I get Justice. American Access needs to start doing the right thing or shut it's doors!! This is an unjustice and illegal!!! I'm gonna fight till the end and I hope everyone else that has a problem is not giving up!!!
