Review content:
We were rear-ended by one of American Access Casualty's insured and 3 months later are still fighting for payment on our claim. They say they cannot reach the insured so our claim is denied. This is just another lie American Access is using to not pay for what is their resonsibility. Not only are they denying my claim with lies, they never call me back, treat me terribly when I do finally reach them on the phone and according to the Better Business B. and other reviews online they do this to everyone. A company like this should not be allowed to exist or function any longer. I will continue to fight for my money and file complaints with every organization and website that I can.
