This insurance is so horrible. I got into a car accident with some and i call their insurance the following day and they told me they needed some paper work to be done,i ask they what they needed, they say a copy of the original police report. so i went and fax it to them and they told me they needed time and say they will call me uh call me they don't even pick up their phone. three months later pass and they told me they are only going to give me 500 dollars to a car that was damage of 1,600 dollars, so now im going to report the company to better business bureau and file a claim to the state of Illinois. And make justice because this is just to ridiculous
