I had no problems with this company at all when I reported my accident to them. Everyone I talked to was helpful and courteous and they went out of their way to accomodate me to get me car in for an estimate as my work schedule did not allow me to take my car to one of their places at the times there reps were there. Procedures were clear and the people I talked to were never rude. I am sure it all depends on the nature of the claim how quickly your claim gets resolved. My policy was only a week old when my car got struck and understood why they needed a police report and other docs to process my claim. If you treat people with respect, they will respect you as well.
