What can say beside T E R R I B L E from a bystander hit by one of their customers...... ""claiims"" dept. Extremely rude, unprofessional, FORGET about leaving messages for adjusters in particular ""Faith"" is her name. no response. IF YOUR THINING OF JOINING THESE GUYS......ONLY FOR LEGAL REASONS which you can submit to police in case you get pulled over....otherwise PAY THE EXTRA BUCK AND STAY AWAY from these basement operated ghetto operation. ACCESS will give you about 50% of the actual estimate, i dont know how they get their estimates, I took their offer and will be shelling out a few hundred from my pocket to fix my car. I think I could have went to my insurance company but I got sick of this issue. STAY AWAY. TERRIBLE, HORRIBLE excuse for a company.
