The below post was from 8/12. Here is an upadate 9/11. Illinois Department of Insurance said that they can not do anything because I have accepted the deposit. Senator Durbin can not do anything but referred us to Illinois Deparment of Insurance. BetterBB is still investigating but they said to write to Illinois Deparment of Insurance. Unfortunately they can not due anything. They said to take it to court and try to get the rest of the money directly from the person that caused the accident. THIS IS NOT THE POINT. I dont care about $400, what I really want is this place shut down. This is not how you do business. Is there any other way we can get to them. I like the idea of contacting some media reporters and do a 20/20 on insurance scamming people. I will be more than happy to shut them down. How da heck Goverment lets them stay in business? I will contact Chicago Tribune and Suntimes. Someone will pick up the story. Cons: TOOO MANY
