Pick up my car on Feb 26th I must say that I am surprised. I took my car to one of their body shop(Forrest Autobody in Elgin,IL) Even though they quoted lower price they actually did good work. All the replacement body parts were aftermarket (which I figured) they kept in touch with me throughout the process. Body shop was very nice, they received the check from american access 1 week before my car was ready. Maybe my situation was different because I did not collide with another car. I could tell that there will be problems just how i had to fax things over and no return calls back until i left about 6 messages. I am going to pay the extra $30 a month and switch back to Allstate before it's to late
