IF YOU ARE A CUSTOMER OF AMERICAN ACCESS COMPANY GET OUT WHILE YOU CAN, CANCEL. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT PAY CLAIMS TO ANYONE! THERE ARE MANY COMPLAINTS FILED ALL ABOUT THE SAME THING, WON'T PAY, OFFERED 50% ETC. NORMA HERRARA IS TOTALLY DISHONEST. TOOK ME 6 MONTHS TO GET THEM TO PAY ME. THERE IS A REASON THEIR POLICES ARE SO CHEAP, THEY WON'T PAY ANYONE WHEN THERE IS A ACCIDENT. TOTALLY UNFAIR INSURANCE COMPANY. FILE A COMPLAINT WITH YOUR STATE'S DIVISION OF INSURANCE COMMISSION. IF YOU ARE A POLICY HOLDER OF THIS COMPANY CHANGE CAMPANIES BEFORE YOU GET IN A FENDER BENDER, THEY WON'T PAY YOU, THEY WON'T PAY WHO YOU OWE, SO YOU WILL BE SUED.
