Review content:
Their driver hits me from behind in a brand spanken new car only 24 hrs old. I had to do their work for them, and I did it hoping to get the process done faster. I submitted the estimate twice, police report showing their driver at fault. Calling them several time, for them to tell me it will be another 48 hours every other day when I would speak to them. I had 4 minors in my vehicle and all I ever wanted was my car to be fixed. This was a $47,000 car for them to just put a hold and take their sweet time. Well they will get what is coming in the end. Thanks Access American for all your help in nothing. For treating people like crap. Hopefully someone from this company reads their reviews and makes a management decision on somehow improving this business.
