I was rear ended by one of their drivers in las vegas. This was in Feb. 2008, after three weeks of B.S. from them my insurance took my vehicle to their shop and fixed it. They kept telling you that they are investigating the accident, even though i sent them a police report in which their driver is cited for illegal lane change and leaving the scene of an accident. I just got my rental car reimbursement check NINE MONTHS LATER!!! Stay far away from this dirtbag company!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
