Not so bad. My car was hit by a person with AA insurance and unfortunately it was totaled. I was freaking out, after reading all the horrible reviews about this company, and was prepared for a long and painful fight (I only had liability). To my surprise they were quick, professional and responsive to phone calls. I not only got a fair amount for my car, but a refund for towing and storage, that they claimed at first they would not cover. So I either was lucky or they have changed their practices due to bad reviews. I did stay on top of the case and called them every day to check on the status of the claim. My accident happened two weeks ago, and I already got the check. So overall I am satisfied with their services. As long as you don?t expect to ""make money"" on your accident, and just expect what you deserve you should be ok.
