I live in NY, was hit by a guy holding a policy from this ins during mid dec of 2009. It was a snowy nite, where everyone is driving like 10mph, and this guy was driving so fast that he couldnt stop and bumb my car's rear end! We called the police immediately and get a report as prove. This ins requested 2 appraisal, police report and all kinds of b.s form and proves. I submitted it to them like within a week...they return to me with a claim number and that is it! I call like about 1 or 2 times a week to check, and guess wat they told me! ""YOUR CLAIM IS STILL PENDING AND NEVER SUMBIT BECAUSE WE CANT FIND OUR INSURER, THERE IS NOTHING WE CAN DO!"" for like a month! and then I call again this week on Feb,2010 and guess wat! Now they are telling me that they are going to deny my claim because they can't find the driver who stupid enough to hit my car and fail to respond! and now I am reading all these reviews and really wondering if this company is just trying play some tricks~
