Review content:
The staff is so ignorant. For one thing, they can't spell; when there is an issue I need to address, they seem to take it personal, raising their voice, not letting me finish explaining myself...just vulgar. When I have a question about the activities and other things my son goes through during the day, no one seems to know the answer to, which is aggravatingly irresponsible. But this is not as bad as picking up my child after work and find his face covered in dirt and dried tears from hours ago, sticky hands, and whatnot. Kids get dirty but it's unacceptable that I pay this much money for my kid to look like he's been in the sun all day playing with dirt. The building is nice, but this is definitely not the place I want for my child. So much for being the nicest daycare in town.
Pros: Location
Cons: Irresponsibility on the staff's behalf
