I am reading these negative reviews and I am kind of stunned by them and question what really happened to the tenants that wrote these reviews. I lived at Lyon Manor for 2 years and 3 months. I didn't have a negative experience. My unit was extremely warm but I was on the top floor and kept the a/c unit in my bedroom. I was always treated kindly by management... Bridget, especially is a doll. My concerns were always taken care of immediately. In 2 years my rent only went up $15 per month which is unheard of. Heat is included and the rent is very affordable for the location. I also received every penny of my security deposit back as did my current roomate and 2 of my friends that also lived in the building. I highly recommend them and only moved due to I wanted to move back to my hometown.
