Review content:
As a business owner I am ashamed of my council for acting as though ignorance is excusable, I do not believe he did not know he needed a license to conduct business, rather it be non profit or for profit, its really common sense. After the years of hearing other businesses, applying for license you tell me you did not know that, then that tells me, Marty doesn't listen to the council or his ditrict. Marty rather than shuffle papers through the entire meeting why not read the city orginances and bylaws, than learn from there. Maybe our artist in our community would like to not pay for there license either, whats good for the goose is good for the gander. I will be forwarding this email to other business owners in covington as well as people that I know that conduct business in covington, Marty its time for someone that has the knowledge and business structure to run and operate our city with business sense, being the fact you said you did not know, again common sense.
