PLEASE explain to me how the same service technician that worked on your truck for (2) days and STILL does/can not diagnosis the orginial concern you had or better yet still have when you first brought it in?? INCOMPETENT would be the first word that comes to mind but then still charges you a damn arm and (2) legs!! I would think that the Service Manager would intervene at some point as he saw that I am DISSATISFIED with my service. Since Michael Jordan has continued to IGNORE me, maybe now they can understand the word CORPORATE OFFICE complaint!! My advice to ALL Nissan owners is to STAY AWAY from MICHAEL JORDAN NISSAN because all they want is your $$$. Can you say ""SHADE TREE MECHANICS""!!
