Review content:
AMMA is a great martial arts school I've been a part of for many years. The superb instructors teach a variety of classes, from cardio kickboxing to tai chi to MMA/submission fighting, and there is something for everybody of any age and fitness level. I am a big fan of martial arts fighting, and love the physical training I do, but I can't emphasize enough how much my martial arts training has enhanced my life in other areas. Throughout the years I've trained there, I can honestly say that Every student that gives it a try is Always happy with their experiences at the Academy of Modern Martial Arts.
Pros: Great physical and mental training, easy access off of highway 43 in Lake Oswego
Cons: Not open on Sundays! (meaning I wish I could train there everyday)
