Completely unprofessional!! 6pm on Friday and they call to let me know they have canceled my appointment for tomorrow morning. I asked why. I was told, ""some people canceled tomorrow and our tech lives far away"". Maybe I could reschedule for later next week? No, I do not think so. Now I will have to call the insurance company and miss work ect. ect... If nothing else, they could have called sooner. At 5:45pm did everyone cancel their appointments?? No regard for the medical importance of the mri. I would not trust them with reading or even handling my mri. I will miss some work next week, have to delay my doctors appointment. Check out their web page, it looks as if it was designed in 1996. Maybe their equipment/MRI machine is broken. I do not think that I would believe much of anything they say. All and all, just rude! Go elsewhere!
