Please disregard the negative review. The person who wrote the negative review used another person's identity and even goes so far as to check up one with the same last name as mine(so far he has posted several fake identites)! All our clients are on good terms with us, yes, hard to achieve, but we do try our very best! We strive to provide only the best aquarium services in the New York area. We previously let go of an employee that had a violent streak and falsified his application about a criminal history, this may be the person posting the negative reviews. We only will hire people with no criminal history as it is too risky to have them enter either residential or commercial addresses. So, all employees are carefully screened. You will find us to be very friendly and a family oriented company that will go the extra stretch to make you happy. In fact, a few much larger service companies use our services to correct problem aquariums they have trouble with. Please call us if you need our premium aquarium services, you won't be disappointed!
