I made a huge mistake using Roy Brown and Groundscapes (G S D L LLC) without listening to the negative reviews here. I really thought that he was going to be a great landscaper, he was always prompt at our pre-sales meetings, and was always friendly. Unfortunately, once the work started, I realized that he didn't care as much about our job as the next big job to come in. My customer experience has been horrible, and I've been forced to file a complaint with the ROC, which is a brutal process. I noticed that he's changed his licenses after they are revoked every few years. Look into it first, do your research, if you are a sucker like I was and some of the other people on the reviews here, and think how great he is in the presales process, put it a contract clause about completion date. Such a terrible experience.
