seems we always had a diffrent dirver on our route at least that was always the excuse everytime we would call there office to complain the trash was not picked up. The women who would answear the phone would always say ""oh were sorry we had another new driver on that route today"" ""you will have to wait till next week we will give the driver a note on your account that you were missed"" ! So my husband I got sick of this and canceled! We are still waiting on a refund.
Cons: Huge turn around with there help very inconsistent service
