I own a multiple dwelling that is 90 years old. No need to say what plumbing nightmares can occur. Mike and his guys tackled old pipes, replaced bathroom sinks, installed a new TOTO Drake toilet, snaked out drains, repacked / replaced faucets, and repaired several leaks. He also advised me to make sure to run water and flush where the water wasn't used very often to keep water in the traps. The men worked clean, left no mess, and showed up when they said they would, and on time. They were also very pleasant, and explained what they were doing , and why. They were recommended to me by a relative who was also satisfied with them. I feel the cost was reasonable for all the work they did. My tenant is happy, and so am I. I will call them back for water heater and furnace replacement. They did a lot of work that was troublesome because of the age of the pipes. When you have an old house you need someone that knows what they are doing, and has had experience with aged plumbing. Of course ,you need that regardless of how old your house is.
