I went to WLV Urgent Care on 3/25 as a new patient. I had a persistent earache for over a week, and my ""regular"" doctor is an endocrinologist in Camarillo. I love that WLV Urgent Care in in my neighborhood, and that it's available at convenient times. The paperwork was surprisingly easy and quick to fill out and all of the staff are very caring and attentive. I saw Dr. Wilkes within 20 minutes, but the waiting room was full when I left, so don't count on being seen immediately. They took my insurance card and I paid my deductible with my FSA MasterCard. A very easy and very pleasant experience. Thanks to you all! You're my new neighborhood doctor!
